About This Project

Salt + Marrow Kitchen, North Augusta’s award-winning restaurant, is South Carolina’s celebration of the American South. Through local ingredients inspired by the unique history of the region, prepared with modern technique, we create new expressions for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Salt + Marrow Kitchen is home to the first, and only Grillworks, a signature American artisanal wood-fired grill that is praised by notable chefs throughout the country.
Located on the first floor of the Crowne Plaza North Augusta, guests of Salt + Marrow Kitchen enjoy dining on Chef Dominic’s delicious menu items, such as the BLT wedge salad, shrimp and grits with smoked tomato sauce, bourbon and soy glazed pork chop, or Salt + Marrow’s signature dish, steak and potatoes.
