GREG WINEY

President/Principal

With over 30 years of hospitality management experience, Greg Winey has channeled his passion for hospitality and strong desire to win, into one simple goal for each hotel: “Be the Best in Brand” in every market we serve. As the President/Principal of NorthPointe Hospitality, Greg oversees a combined 200 million in asset valuation and has grown NorthPointe from $4.3 million in managed revenues to over $43 million in managed revenues in just 7 short years. Rick Patton, manager of Rio Partners, brings more than three decades of experience to the NorthPointe Hospitality team.   Rick has developed more than $500 million in assets and 25 projects over the course of his career.  The NorthPointe, RIO integrated partnership covers all aspects of development and construction, including financing, design, build and management. MICHAEL CALLAN

Executive Vice President ~ Operations

Michael Callan serves as Executive Vice President of Operations. He has over 35 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry and has an extensive knowledge of hotel & resort operations at all levels through full-service & select-service properties. Michael is known for demonstrating proficiency in staffing, culture, training & development, budgeting, property renovations, new construction, and team building. He is a passionate leader with a high attention to detail which is indicative of the overall quality results achieved by the hotel leadership teams that he has worked with.
TIM ROSS

Corporate Controller

Tim Ross is the Corporate controller with over ten years of hospitality accounting experience.  Prior to joining NorthPointe, Tim was recognized as the 2018 Accountant of the Year by Hotel Equities.  Tim holds a Masters degree in accounting and is a licensed CPA.

SANDRA SOLOMON

Area Director of Sales & Marketing

Sandra leads the sales and marketing initiatives for the historic Partridge Inn, a Curio by Hilton, and provides support across the company’s hotel portfolio. Sandra brings over two decades of  experience in the hospitality industry, having previously held positions such as Director of Sales & Marketing at Hilton Greenville and Regional Director of Sales & Marketing at Paragon Hotel Company. Her skills encompass negotiation, business planning, operations management, coaching, and sales, making her a valuable asset in driving profit maximization for her clients and partners.

ANTONELLA MORETTI

Creative Marketing Designer

Antonella Moretti is NorthPointe’s in-house Creative Marketing Designer. She brings over 5 years of graphic design, digital marketing, and branding experience to the team. She oversees each process for our digital marketing, reputation management, and branding for both NorthPointe and all properties within the NorthPointe portfolio. Antonella holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design with a minor in Marketing.

ULI ALLEN

Staff Accountant

Uli is a Staff Accountant with over 10 years of hospitality experience. As a veteran, she has high morals and is a natural born leader. She began her career at the front desk learning each department including, housekeeping, night audit, and bartender. She was also an Operations Manager for 3 years at Courtyard by Marriott. She soon realized that finance and accounting was her passion and graduated summa cum laude at Georgia State with a Bachelor’s in Hospitality. She is currently working toward a Master’s in accounting and becoming a licensed CPA.

Joe Creegan has a passion for the dynamics culture plays in the success of an organization and as a NorthPointe Career Coach he works to improve organizational processes and communication. Prior to his coaching and consulting role, Joe served as VP of Operations for Residence Inn by Marriott and was instrumental in growing a culture that inspired professional development, instilled loyalty, embraced accountability, and ensured financial success. Joe holds a BS in Marketing and Business Education and a Masters degree in Interpersonal & Organizational Communication from Western Michigan University.

His culinary journey began under the tutelage of renowned Chef Paul Albrecht and Chef Joel Antuens, where they honed their skills and developed a deep understanding of the culinary arts. Throughout their illustrious career, they have held the Executive Chef position at the Crowne Plaza, N.A./S.C., showcasing their exceptional ability to manage culinary operations, create innovative menus, and lead a team of talented chefs. With a proven track record of culinary excellence and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences, the Director of Culinary is poised to elevate NorthPointe Hospitality’s culinary offerings to new heights.
