About This Project

The Holiday Inn Express in Charleston, SC was sold in a sponsor equity transaction providing recapitalization of equity. Financing totaling $29 million was arranged with Stonecutter Capital and Silver Point Finance to renovate and convert the property to a Holiday Inn Express and Suites.

  • 32% Increase in Profits, GOP from $2.2 million to $2.9 million
