About This Project

Since 2015, We had the privilege of managing the Holiday Inn Express, guiding it through a recapitalization and a renovation. After renovation, we were able to successfully increase gross operating profit by 900k over previous peak results.  After a truly rewarding partnership, we concluded our management of the hotel in April 2025.

• 28.3% Increase in Revenue from $4.8 million to $6.2 million
• 39% Increase in Profits, GOP from $2.2 million to $3.1 million
