About This Project

Since 2016, NorthPointe Hospitality Management had the privilege of managing the Hotel Indigo Mount Pleasant, guiding it through a remarkable journey of success. After a truly rewarding partnership, we conclude our management of the hotel in November 2022.

Hotel Indigo Mount Pleasant is a comprehensive project including an acquisition, major renovation, and reflagging of an existing Holiday Inn to a new Hotel Indigo.  In 2016, NorthPointe took over the hotel management and grew profits (GOP) by $640k the first year. The hotel closed as planned for a $14 million renovation and reflagging one year later, in October 2017, with NorthPointe negotiating the franchise agreement and managing the development and renovation project. The hotel reopened as a Hotel Indigo in July 2018.

From 2016 (time of takeover) through T-12 2022, NorthPointe has increased revenues by $3.9 million or 91%, GOP by $2.0 million or 184%, and NOI by $1.4 million or 132%.
