A HISTORY OF SUCCESS

October 2012

NorthPointe Hospitality Management, LLC starts with its 1st hotel – The Hilton Garden Inn, Albany GA. This is a 122 - room hotel, with 12,000 sq. ft. of meeting space.

March 2013

NorthPointe takes over the Oceanside Inn & Suites on Jekyll Island. This was a 178 - room hotel with over 5,000 sq. ft. of meeting space. Converted to a Holiday Inn Resort in March 2015.

August 2013

NorthPointe takes over the Partridge Inn Augusta, GA. This is a 144 -room hotel with over 8,000 sq. ft. of meeting space. Converted to a Hilton Curio in August 2015.

July 2016

NorthPointe opens the Beach House Restaurant + Tap Room. This is a brand new 140 indoor/outdoor restaurant with 24 beer taps and 3,000 sq. ft. of meeting space.

October 2016

NorthPointe takes over the Holiday Inn Express in Charleston, SC. This is a 153 -room hotel with 1,200 sq. ft. of meeting space.

October 2016

NorthPointe takes over the Holiday Inn, Mt. Pleasant, SC. This is a 157 -room hotel with 6,000 sq. ft. of meeting space. Converted to a Hotel Indigo in July 2018.

August 2017

NorthPointe takes over the Beach View Club Hotel. This is a boutique 38-room hotel on Jekyll, Island. Renovated and reopened in March 2020.

May 2018

NorthPointe signs the management agreement for the Crowne Plaza in North Augusta, SC. This is a new, 180- room hotel with over 12,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, rooftop bar and 120 seat-restaurant.

January 2020

NorthPointe signs agreement with the city of Lawrenceville to develop, own and operate 120 room Tapestry Hotel with 3,000 sq. ft. of meeting space in 2019. NorthPointe opens 360 space parking deck and foundation for the Lawrence Tapestry Hotel.

2020/ 2021

Under Federal Eligibility Programs (Covid-19 impacted legislation) NorthPointe, on behalf of the managed assets, applies for, and the managed hotels receive PPP and PPP2 funds of $4.5 million. Subsequent applications for PPP forgiveness are made and received for all managed assets.

2021/ 2022

Under the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, NorthPointe manages the process with assistance from a CPA firm and applies for refundable tax credits of over $2 million on behalf of the managed assets.

January 2021

The RIO Lawrenceville entity owned by the principals of NorthPointe sell 380 space, 310 foot long parking deck to the City of Lawrenceville for agreed upon price of $8.7 million. The deck will serve as the foundational infrastructure for the 120 room Lawrence Hilton Tapestry Hotel.

March 2021

The Hilton Garden Inn in Albany, GA is refinanced for $12.250 million with a new senior loan with Silver Point Finance, a multi-billion dollar lender.

July 2021

The Holiday Inn Express in Charleston, SC is sold in a sponsor equity transaction providing recapitalization of equity. Financing totaling $29 million is arranged with Stonecutter Capital and Silver Point Finance to renovate and convert the property to a Holiday Inn Express and Suites.

September 2021

The Partridge Inn, a Hilton Curio hotel in Augusta, GA, is sold for $22.785 million in a sponsor equity transaction. Financing with Taconic Capital is arranged to provide recapitalization of equity and to renovate the property.

January 2022

The Holiday Inn Resort in Jekyll Island, GA is sold for $41 million to an unaffiliated entity. NorthPointe managed the Resort for over eight years, achieving record revenues in excess of $7.8 million and EBITDA over $3 million in 2021.

May 2022

The Beachview Club Hotel in Jekyll Island, GA is sold in a sponsor equity transaction providing recapitalization of equity. Financing totaling $20.4 million is arranged with Stonecutter Capital to expand and convert the property to a Hilton Tapestry.

September 2022

The Beach House Restaurant in Jekyll Island, GA is sold in a sponsor equity transaction providing recapitalization of equity. Financing totaling $4.25 million is arranged with Stonecutter Capital to renovate the property.
