The NorthPointe team is immensely proud of this property and everything we have been able to achieve. In 2022 in Q4, following a record-setting year and a 7-year run, Hotel Indigo and NorthPointe Hospitality parted ways, marking the end of their record-setting partnership. 2022 was a banner year for the property in both service Rev Par and Revenue. The team at Hotel Indigo put in a lot of hard work over the years, and it is always exciting to see their accomplishments recognized.
