Tripadvisor, one of the world’s largest travel platforms and a trusted resource for travelers, recently announced the winners of its 18th annual Travelers’ Choice® Awards. This coveted award program celebrates travelers’ favorite hotels, restaurants and airlines around the world, and honored 4,817 unique businesses this year. Winners were calculated based on the quality and quantity of the millions of reviews, opinions and ratings collected on Tripadvisor in 2019, prior to the pandemic. With over 8.7 million businesses listed on Tripadvisor, these awards are a true testament to the outstanding service and quality that winners consistently provide to their guests.

NorthPointe was honored to have several hotels announced as Travelers’ Choice winners as they seeded their place in the top 10% of all businesses on Tripadvisor. 2020 Travelers’ Choice® winners include:

  • Hilton Garden Inn Albany, Georgia. Hilton Garden Inn Albany has been awarded the Travelers’ Choice award every year since 2012.
  • Holiday Inn Resort Jekyll Island. Holiday Inn Resort Jekyll Island has been a Travelers’ Choice winner since 2016.
  • Crowne Plaza North Augusta, Beachview Club Hotel Jekyll, and Hotel Indigo Mount Pleasant were all first time Traveler’s Choice winners.
